Multiple Zoom Accounts

I would like to see Hubspot add multiple zoom accounts so that individual sales representatives can host demos using the hubspot meeting links. Currently this feature only works for one master account, and not for an entire team.

I wish i could upvote this idea a million times. Seems like such an obvious feature for the Zoom integration. The way the integration currently works is mostly useless...

This is really needed for a few different integrations, Zoom especially... we have small teams across a few different countries using the one HubSpot account but we cannot have Zoom or Docusign synced for use in all countries as they operate off of different accounts or users, and it might get hairy for 5 people to be trying to video conference in the one account at once. Unfortunately this means we are unable to utilise HubSpot to its full power in a variety of features and for many members of our team.

100%! We provide some d2c consultations via Hubspot and I'd like to use it for b2b outreach. That's not possible as I can't connect my own calendar/availabilities.

I agree with @James7 above, whilst Zoom is a great application, the way this is structured in HB it makes it reduces its value if your company has multiple users and you don't have a paid-for account.  That might be fixed by buying a paid-for Zoom account and connecting the account to HB. I'm not sure how that would work for multiple people though and if they'd get personalised meetings through HB. Would appreciate knowing if any one has experience of this.

Yep, this is a wild limitation and very frustrating. 

 

I wonder if it's possible to manage this by having multiple users as part of one Zoom master account? That's the only workround i could consider.

I agree 2 million %. Until this is fixed, we will struggle to scale our business with Hubspot.

@RBridger how are you finding that?

We could offer that as an option but its not a realistic solution if two SDRS, Sales Managers need the account at the same time. 
I'm utterly perplexed we have not got a solution to this. 

@CBoekestyn what system are you using? We have a calendly account but finding its a similar issue with our current tier package and I have very bad trackablity issues with calendly so I was hoping to dump it and move over to hubspots native integration but I need a zoom solution to overcome this problem.

Why would you build an integration if you're not going to allow individuals to add their own zoom accounts? This unfortunately is useless right now!

Yes please, this is so needed! We have a master account with 4k users! It's a security breach allowing a HubSpot user to link their account with any zoom account without asking for authentication.

This is very much needed! We have 35 schools and each have their own Zoom account. We have to be able to connect different Zoom accounts for video conferencing. Its crazy that Calendly can do this but not HubSpot.

We have multiple salespeople and managers who must simultaneously be on multiple Zoom calls. I agree with the comments above. I love the ability to schedule and track meetings through HubSpot. The Zoom integration is only worthwhile if we can connect our own Zoom accounts. What about if we had an enterprise account with multiple users? Would that make a difference?

Still running into issues with this more than two years later.  Really need Hubspot to be able to connect each user to their own zoom meeting room link.

Hubspot is great.

Its integration with zoom is not.

We invest a lot with HubSpot to have an enterprise account with multiple companies included. It makes no sense that we can't integrate more than one zoom account. It makes us want to go away from HubSpot meetings and use one of the other meeting/scheduling apps! It is expensive to increase to a corporate zoom account and it's very frustrating that we can only integrate one zoom account. Please change this so that we can integrate by user, rather than by account. Thank you. Or at least give us two accounts since we are paying for two companies within HubSpot.

Please add this! I would need to add 15 business units to be able to do this and the annual cost of that alone is more than double our annual fee.

Completely agree with this idea. This should be done from the beginning, as it is common logic that there are companies with multiple zoom accounts per user/function.

Completely agree.  This is INSANE that it's even a limitation that we have to be discussing.  It completely ignores that fact that many organizations use 1099 Contract workers for multiple portions of their business, who oh by the way, likely have their own Zoom account. Upvote x a billion.
