When customers reply to our SMS text messages, we're currently only able to receive them in one email inbox. We have multiple departments that the texts are for (sales, marketing, recovery, etc.), and we need certain SMS text replies to go to certain email addresses rather than just one.
This would help our staff help customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring no reply is stuck in the incorrect inbox, and takes manual labor off the Marketing department to forward replies to other departments.
I completely agree with this idea! Having multiple inbox options for SMS replies would streamline our communication process. This would improve our efficiency and enhance our customer service by providing prompt and accurate responses.
The opportunity to customize an inbox for replies would be helpful for our company and so many others that have multiple departments that need to use this functionality.
This should be a standard as most companies have multiple departments.
Hubspot is always looking to be ahead in efficiencies and creating the best customer experience and having the ability for multiple inboxes for SMS would align with HubSpot's consistent updates that bring success to their clients.
Please allow multiple inboxes for SMS. e.g. A company has 10 departments that all have their specialty of working with their clients and all of the SMS reples coming to 1 inbox is insufficient. Same for sending outgoing SMS.
