Multiple Email Signatures

Can you please make it so I can switch my signatures when i email from hubspot? I need to tailor it to fit the different types of people I speak with. That would be very helpful! Thank you!

Here here! Seems like a no-brainer. 

We wear many hats in our business which has multiple brands. 

No, we do not want to set up separate Hubspot accounts - because no, and setting up templates is just another step in the process that isn't seamless.

That would be great for us also! Especially since we are using business units. Multi-brand means multiple signatures. It would help A LOT!

Upvoted, you can do this in other CRM systems such as Pipedrive- seems like fairly simple functionality that should be included.

We are currently employing two workarounds:

1. Deleting the default signature and embedding various signatures into different templates.
2. Deleting the default signature and storing the different signatures as snippets, which then need to be manually added each time.

While these methods allow us to manage different signatures, it's more cumbersome compared to simply having the ability to switch between different signatures.

We have different locations and being able to have multiple signatures I can switch to is something we really do need.

We purchased an additional business unit under the impression we would be clearly able to differentiate all features between the two business units. In this instance, it is business critical that there is never any cross over in branding between the two units. Allowing you to select the email signature for the business unit when sending emails seems like a basic, required function that was missed. Hopefully this can be added ASAP.

We need this as well.  I send a lot of emails that come from my boss and not me.  I would like the ability to supress mine when I am sending emails for him.

YESSS! Thsi would be such an important feature! I do not understand why you can connect multiple email acocunt to your hubspot account and then you can only use one email signature. For us, this feature would be an absolute gamechanger.

From a reponse in Help I got this answer which hints at a html format for specific templates, but support did not know anything about and I cannot seem to find any information.

@hroberts 4 months since it was being reviewed, is this going to be done any time soon? Business Units was a great addition but this is a glaring deficiency 18months post launch of business units
