Can you please make it so I can switch my signatures when i email from hubspot? I need to tailor it to fit the different types of people I speak with. That would be very helpful! Thank you!
The new business units feature is awesome. As someone who is interacting with hundred of customers within each business unit, it would be really helpful when I got to send an email if it already had the proper "from" address and proper email signature depending on who I am emailing.
This is a basic and relevant feature request that I know would make my life easier as I manage multiple client acounts each day. I don't understand why this ask has taken so long to be recognized when other business tools like Google Workspace, Outlook, and Apple Mail built this feature 10+ years ago. I love Hubspot with its endless features and integrations, however being able to manage email signatures should have received a higher prioity on the roadmap. It's 2022 for crying out loud.
1. Being able to choose whether your email signature is attached to an email or not.
2. More than one email signature per user. When working for multiple organisations under the one banner, I do need to vary (or exclude) my signature depending upon whom I am communicating.

Adding to this as well (: I understand there's a potential workaround mentioned here, but it would still be incredibly helpful when a user sends out an email using a different FROM address, to be able to associate it with that user's email signature as well. This way it's done automatically, rather than having to insert snippets/edit the signature manually.
@hroberts would definately vote for this feature to be made avaliable soon. I need it to use HubSpot better as I support multiple roles in my company. Please update on it soon.
I agree. There are multiple organizations under our holding company that have different branding and thus we have numerous email domains that have entirely different email signitures. The work arounds mentioned in other articles are frustrating when you're running 90 miles per hour and need to stop and do the extra steps. Plus it makes it far more seemless when you can open up an email to compose and you are able to see what address you're emailing from by simply seeing the signiture.
This is a really good idea, and something we desperately need to manage our multiple shared inboxes. Please consider implementing this feature as it is incredibly useful
Yes, this needs to be a feature that gets added to Hubspot asap. Our company uses disclaimers within certain emails, and it's frustrating that in sequences, I can't have it appear within the signature block without it also appearing in all of my 1:1 emails.
I send emails to contacts from 2 separate emails, depending on their location. It would be great if I could save separate email signatures for each email address.
We also would like 2 signatures as we have 2 business units operating in our platform. Our sales team has 2 emails and is in need of 2 signatures to address the correct customer correctly. I see that in this post people have complained and nothing has been actioned.

Maybe some day, someone, somewhere in the HubSpot family will read these responses and take action to develop and catch up with every other CRM out there that allows for multiple addresses.
@RBussau in case you didn't know, you can have different signatures from Shared Inboxes when you write from the conversations tool with a given shared inbox address.
What you don't seem to be able to do is write an email from an Object record and access more than 1 signature. Even if selecting to send from a Shared Inbox address on the Object Record, it won't take the inbox signature, but your own personal signature.
