Hello, 

Can you please make it so I can switch my signatures when i email from hubspot? I need to tailor it to fit the different types of people I speak with. That would be very helpful! Thank you!

Currently it is not possible to disable your signature for email templates sent via sequences, but since some users need multiple signatures a great addition would be to give the user the ability to supress his signatures for sequence emails.

That way he could simply supress his default signature and instead add the needed signature directly in the email template.

Currently this is possible, but only if you disable your signature in general, which on the other hand makes it more complecated to send regular 1-1 emails from contact records.

Absolutely needs to happen.

We have one team that responds to incoming emails across multiple companies, they need to be able to swap their signatures when responding.

I'd suggest this limitation is a flaw.

You can set up multiple inboxes, and connect multiple emails.....but you can't have multiple signatures to suit.

Totally need this done! I currently have to copy/paste signatures every time which is a pain, adding a function to switch signatures would save heaps of time.

I agree. You can connect more than one email, but then only have one option on the signature. It would be better if the number of signatures could match the number of emails you can connect.

I really support this idea too. 

It is quite painful to change the signature manually in the profile settings when you want to enroll from a specific email adress / alias. 
Having a signature linked to each email adress would help a lot !

Hi Team,

I am a sales guy handling two regions. While email campaigning, I wish to use regional specific location of my organization's presence in the email signature. But HubSpot doesnt allow me to have more than one email signature. It could be better if you could add a feature of having multiple email signatures like Outlook and Gmail does.
