Can you please make it so I can switch my signatures when i email from hubspot? I need to tailor it to fit the different types of people I speak with. That would be very helpful! Thank you!
@MiliYou can set up a signature for your HubSpot user profile, which will be used for your emails sent through the CRM. If you're a user in a Sales HubProfessionalorEnterprise account, you can set up multiple email signatures and use a different signature per connected account.
Hi @Levi Thank you. But I can set up multiple only if I am a user in Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, and not if I am a user in Service Hub Professional or Enterprise. I think this feature should be available for both, not just Sales.
I agree with @MilenaRedGR that this needs to be offered to Service licensed users. I have multiple customers that have a need for this for their Service team instead of their Sales team. I hope that HubSpot makes this a priority and adds this functionality to Service teams too!
Yes, agree. Other departments (not sales) are frustrated because they need this function as well and nobody understands why this was restricted to the sales teams only.
Within our support team a support engineer is supporting different products and they are using a product specific email signature. They would love the function as well
I find it astonishing that this request has been out there for nearly a decade, which has been as long as I have been using this platform. Any idea on when this will be implemented?
