Multiple Clicks/Opens Should Yield Different Hubspot Scores

Clearly Hubspot scoring is a difficult nut to crack as it is essentially impossible to be 100% accurate in creating a single number to reflect target engagement such that it can 100% correlate to sales follow up prioritization. 


That said, I think one area of specific improvement that Hubspot should make is in multiple opens/clicks for single emails. That is to say, if an email recipient clicks a white paper link in an email 4 times, that should be scored differently than someone who clicks the same link once. There are other tactics where the same principle could be applied but I think that a good, specific place to start would be in email opens + clicks. As the system already tracks multiple opens + clicks, it would seem that this is an improvement that could be more feasibly implemented than some other, more pie-in-the-sky notions
