As we work as a team to handle physical face to face appointments, we always will have multiple slots for a single time slot as appointment might be re-assigned to different sales person. Will there be any plans in 2022 to enable capacity (number of slots) per agent (email) so that this particular agent (which is the Sales Lead) re-assign accordingly if needed based on skillset and requirement.
On the other hand, will there be plans in 2022 to have an overview in a page of all appointments for the whole sales team so the whole sales team can plan more efficiently?
Currently, what we did is 1. We add 4 emails into a Meeting link so we can allow more slots booking per time slot. 2. Hence meeting will be assigned randomly amongst the 4 emails (4 agents). 3. We then created a workflow to enroll contact with new meeting scheduled (meeting outcome), and then re-assign each of the new meeting's contact to a single agent and finally add this to a Shared Queue. The single agent will be planning for the whole sales team where appointments are concerned. In this shared queue, since its a triggered task, we are not able to add the meeting schedule into the shared queue itself. Hence its just a workaround we are using to manage for now.
This is such a great idea! We would definitely utilise this feature for arranging group meetings and training sessions, where we have single time slots available for multiple people to attend (those who aren't contacts, but outside of our organisation/not on the Hubspot account). It would be perfect if it worked in the exact same way as one to one meetings, and we can select the number of slots we have available at a particular time. So that when people book on using that link, the number of slots available reduce until all are booked! Looking forward to seeing this come to life!
