I would like to see the option for multiple BCC addresses for an account. By allowing for this, I could create automations that auto tag and create deals or tasks based on the BCC address I used.
I often get introductions to leads who I would like to automatically turn into deals. If I had a unique forwarding BCC email address to use, I could then create an automation workflow for that email to also create a deal in the right pipeline.
