Not a critical issue by any means, but I think it would be a great ease-of-use feature to make multi-step playbooks.
Just as HS recently introduced multi-step forms, a multi-step playbook would make it super simple to use playbooks while on the phone with customers. Reps could navigate a couple of questions at a time to ensure focus, order, and the comprehensive completion of the playbook.
Right now, we have sprawling playbooks that look more like doctoral theses than a guide someone can use while mid-conversation. It'd be great to be able to chunk these playbooks into multiple pages of questions.
Cheers,
Andrea

Hi @ADielman, I'm the Playbooks PM. This isn't possible in current Playbooks, but my team is activelyexploring a new featurewe're calling Process Guides for enforcing process in HubSpot. A big part of this feature will be how do you split up processes into sections or steps with conditional logic on the steps.
We're gathering input from customers on what the top processes they care about are. Check outthe loom linked in this survey to see an early proof of concept on the new product, including what steps could look like and help us out byfilling out the survey on your top processes by Dec 15th, 2024!
