Multi object reports, when using "none of" filters, doesn't pull in records that don't have a value in this property.
Single object reports do however.
It seems like an oversight because the logic filter isn't truly followed.
There should also be further dev on the multi object reports as they are missing property filters and logic which are available in multi-object. e.g. Creating custom funnel reports to show deal progression and %s, etc...
