I have created a speadsheet for individual team member tracking. However on Hubspot, I cannot track individuls at all unless I split them out to different teams. This is REALLY frustrating. Love Hubspot as a CRM and as a team tracking analytics device it's brilliant.
Would be happy to talk to any developers and send over what I have to give an idea of what would be benificial.
@RKinnaird My firm has created a dashboard specifically to show CRM user activities at an individual level. If using a third-party tool is an option for you, let me know and I will set up a demo.
