It would be great that inside a contact there were arrows to move to the next or previous contacts. Then you could move faster from one contact to another to check their historic, without having to go back to the contacts list every time.
Hope you can implement this at some point as it would be a great time-saver.
You can do this by setting a task for each, but I agree it would be great to do this without having to do this (or open each in a new tab which is my default approach).
