We have two knowledgebases. Sometimes people mistakenly create an article on 1 kb when it really should be on a different kb. Would love the ability to simply move/transfer an article from 1 kb to another, instead of the user having to recreate it. It's a great punishment to make them recreate it 😅, but a simple transfer/move by a publisher or super admin would be great.
As we have a few different Knowledge Bases, each for a different perspective, its highly probable that articles that are written may need to switch from internal facing to external facing. We enjoyed this capability with the legacy KB, but I'm very surprised and disappointed it was not included with the migrated KB. This will create a lot of work for us having to delete and re-create articles to simply move them from one KB to the other.
