Would be great if we could take advantage of more space/formatting in the dropdown banner. Often, we're using that as an "alert" to users of issues and need to be able to provide more information/reassurance.
Because of the 180-character limit, we were stuck with just "We’re aware that some users are having trouble accessing the Juristat app. We are working on a solution. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at [EMAIL]."
Compare this to all the helpful info Hubspot is allowed to include in their banner alerts (screenshot on the same day as we were working on ours).
It would be very helpful to allow for dropdown banners for non-sales related use cases such as outages, please add more flexibility! 🙂
