More options to select as reason for Refund

Hello

 

We use Hubspot payment option to collect payment for our training offerings. At times, we have to issue refund and the only options currently available for us to choose from are customer request, duplicate, or fraud.

However, on most occasions, the reason we have to issue the refund is because we did not have the minimum enrollment needed to run the class and so we cancel the class and issue the refund to those who had registered. Is it possible to add more options than the ones available? In this specific case something like class cancelled.
