More granular permissions to manage chat agent availability

I'd like to give support and sales team leaders the ability to manage team members availability for chat.

 

Currently to do so I need to give account access which provides a number of default access permissions that can't be diabled, such as "Create and edit products from the products library" and "Edit which fields appear when creating a new record."

 

It would be great to be able to just give these team leaders the ability to manage their team's availability.
