More of the features on the professional HubSpot platform. Hubspot is the best CRM out there but not for small businesses. The price is uber expensive for small businesses. The company needs to allow some of the professional capabilities available on a limited base in the starter and free version. For instance, when sending an email to a group of contacts, the email can not be saved as a template. Or a template can not be used and sent to an email list of contacts. Hubspot does not seem to have a small business in mind. It would be nice if some of the automation is added to the free or starter version. Please consider this idea. I believe Hubspot would become the market leader if they considered better options for small 2 to 10 person businesses who need some of the more advanced tools. The price jump from Starter to Professional is extremely HUGE. Also consider removing the different tools, Marketing, and Sales\CRM often go together.
