When turning off a form that is part of an inbox, there is no clear indication that it will also erase all of your ticket fields that are on the form. Once it is turned off, all ticket properties get removed from the form & you have to re-add them. There is no recovery for this. Is there a way to add an additional warning in red that also says "Turning off this form will also erase any ticket fields and conditional logic." Or something like that....
This will hopefully prevent people from accidentally deleting their ticket fields that have conditional logic rules (around 18 rules in my case).
