If/Then statements for Branching Logic

Comparing Dates with another Date Property (eg. Ticket Closed Date is Before Last Customer Reply Date)

Fully agree.

Need to create a workflow that knows if a customer is already in contact with us (so that we don't spam them with additional unnecessary info). I find it surprising that this feature is offered with the Zendesk-integrated tickets but not Hubspot's own system.
