More Options When Associating Visitors from Live Chat Conversations
Hey!
Something that has never made sense to me is why when associating an unkown visitor on live chat using Service Hub you cannot input any other properties besides Email, First name, and Last name.
I think it would make a ton of sense to add things such as phone number or contact owner so it is a more streamlined process.
This current issue affects our sales reps in that they are not allowed to edit contacts they do not own. When they associate a visitor from live chat to a contact they cannot even then edit that contact. So our current process has to be a workaround.
Hi! I do agree with you on that! A similar question has tormented me these days, I wasn't able to add the company name or other properties except the name and email.
