I'd like to be able to have more control over when meetings start.
Use Case: I run a media company and have a livestreamed podcast every Wednesday at 1:00 PM US/Eastern. I want people to join 5 minutes early to make sure video and audio are working properly for both of us.
Currently, the Meetings app says it can do five minute increments under the Advanced section, but it won't let me set the availability window to start at 12:55 PM—it only works with 15-minute availability increments.
A workaround I've come up with is to create a recurring appointment on my calendar from 12:45 - 12:51 called "Buffer." This gives me 12:55 and 1:00 for start times. Then I created another recurring appointment on my calendar from 2:11 - 2:15 called "Buffer." Now only the 12:55 start time appears.
It's convoluted but works. I'd rather have more granular control from the HubSpot meetings tool, though.
Oh, one more thing I need: Right now I can only book 11 weeks out. I'd love to extend this to allow me to book up to 26 weeks out. I know this is unconventional for traditional sales, but for my particular use case it would be very helpful to have the ability to schedule shows 3-6 months out.
