More Chat Widget Styling Options

Hi @SDMcLaughlin, thank you for your patience! The draggable widget feature is now available in GA to all Pro+ portals. 

You can enable or disable this feature via the 'chat widget movement' toggle, which can be found in Settings > Inbox & Help Desk > Help Desk (or Inboxes) > Chat > Web Chat > Configure.

Kindly let me know if you have any questions or feedback as you try out the feature.

I have a question regarding styling of the grab handle. Is it possible it can be styled somehow?

Hi @EricSong will there be a release to choose a custom gradient as well? Currently we're stuck to one of 5 pre-set gradients or just a single color.

Are there any plans to allow for further customization of the chat widget? We'd like the ability to change the icon and location
