I love how we can sort our notes by "Activity, Notes, Emails, Calls, and Tasks" at the top of a contact record but it would LOVE if we could add a "Meetings" tab and also one for any "Form Submissions" that are filled out. It would make it SO much easier to look through notes to find what I need.
It would really make it much easier to find the meetings with the contact, if there was a "Meetings" tab in the bar (contact view) just the way there is Calls, Activity etc..
Would love to see the meetings tab being set as a default on the contact timeline, as opposed to having manually select it from the filter activity dropdown.
This would be so incredibly helpful! Every contact has multiple meetings and forms submissions, so it makes sense for us to be able to filter by these categories as well! 🙂 HS is all about efficiency and automation, so this change would reflect that 😉
Along the same track as these awesome ideas above, I would personally like to see "attachments" added to the Activity tab! It would be super helpful to have any associated documents (whether from e-mails or uploads) easily accessable here vs. the right-hand menu. Thanks!
Upvoting this on behalf of a customer - would be really useful for a customer to be able to filter emails on a contact timeline by those that had file attachments shared.
Hey everyone! Just an update for those who were requesting a Meetings tab at the top of the timeline. This has now been added to all records in all portals. Leaving the status as Not Currently Planned as a Form Submissions option is not currently being worked on.
I have hoped for months that HS would add a form submission tab, it would be SO useful, not to have to go through all the other activities to get to them.
Appears that there is now a Meetings tab. But given how there are so many different types of activities that users can log now, it just really makes sense to be able to see other types of activities too, including Postal Mail, as well as some of the other requests above (E.g. texts etc.)
Wondering if this is still something that isn't planned?
