Monitor legal and security changes

Since legal topics are important to monitor, an overview page for Super Users would be needed where you can see the latest changes in all documents published on HubSpot Legal, Security, GDPR etc. pages. It must be possible to set up notification, for email etc.

It will also be useful to be able to include notifications for Security activities (currently only avaialble through an export on the settings page).
