Modifying playlist contact information panel should be possible
When you select a task from sales workspace it takes you to the playlist screen, where on the left there is your tasks, in the middle the abilitity to take notes and on the right the information panel of the contact.
I talked with the support and it is true that you cannot fully modify the panel on the right. For example breeze intelligence is there to stay, and so are many other things.
I would like that I could remove all the things that I don't need in the contact information panel and just be left with the stuff I need.
tldr: removing things from contact information panel is not possible for this specific view.
