Modify Multiple Checkbox fields in forms to append info when property is already known

Hi, 

When using multiple checkbox fields in forms as a hidden field, we should have the choice to overwrite info or append info to the property. 

Exactly as when we create workflow to copy a property to a mutiple checkbox property.

It will avoid us having to build 2 properties, one for the form and one that we update (append) through a workflow.

Also need to be able to bulk edit without overwriting
