Meta description: character limit update

A few months Google started showing longer meta descriptions in search engine results. Up to 320 characters.

It seems that Google is now shoring shorter descriptions again: https://yoast.com/shorter-meta-descriptions/

The character limit counter for meta descriptions is still set to 300 in HubSpot. Will this be updated shortly?

We have updated the meta description optimization recommendation in our editors to be 155 characters in keeping with Google's most recent stance on recommended meta description length. This is a recommendation and not a hard limit. Please do feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

 Now required lenght for meta description is ca.160 characters (It is good time to change , becouse you have still 300).
