Messaging App does not reflect exact conversation customer sees

The automatic email "Don't have time to wait for an answer? Leave your email!" does not show on the conversation history, even when the customer puts in their email address. The conversation history should show exactly what the customer is seeing, and should show obviously if the customer has entered their email address (ie through message history or in another notification).

 

This is hugely important, as we are not currently able to see email addresses of customers we miss on the chat function. 

 

Having the ability to see if the customer is typing, is also hugely beneficial to understand whether the customer is engaged and present or not.
