We often have objects (tickets, companies, contacts) that have duplicates. This most commonly occurs when we have similar voicemails that come in from AirCall.
It would be great to be able to create a workflow to automatically merge objects based on specified criteria.
I agree this would be great. This/ way we could set up our own rules for it, and also process landing page submissions before before assiging other steps to them.
We have a similar problem but then with deals. our reps create an opportunity and then when a deal converts our backend creates a new deal and places it in the closed won stage. This is causing that we have two deals so it would be great if we can merge them through a workflow
