I have a few clients that would love the ability to @mention individual team members in the notes section of playbooks.
Being able to @mention individual team members in the notes section of a playbook would enable them to flag certain team members to something that needs their attention when they are taking notes on a discovery call or when working a customer through a ticket. Having this functionality would improve the collaboration across multiple teams without having to build a more in-depth process outside of HubSpot. ie. They are taking notes and then when they are done they have to go and add additional notes outside of HubSpot on some other platform.
HubSpot already allows for this functionality in the notes section of an object card but not in the playbooks notes section.
