[Meetings scheduling page] - Set start time option for on the hour, or on the 1/2 hour
Existing:
When setting up your meeting scheduling options for a contact to book your time, the options are: 1) meeting duration, 2) Min notice time, 3) Buffer time, and 4) Start time increment.
Problem:
While these are all helpful, the contact can see options to set meetings at unusual times (especially if you use short buffer times, or start time increements). The contact make inadvertently, or purposefully set a meeting to start at an odd time (5 mins after the hour, 15 minutes after the hour, etc). For all meetings booked for an odd starting time, about 40% of them start late, or are missed because the contact is used to meetings starting on the hour, or on the 1/2 hour. For all meetings booked for times on the hour, or on the 1/2 hour, less than 5% are started late, or missed.
Request:
I would like the option to force the meetings to be booked at the top of the hour, or on the 1/2 hour, taking into account the existing options as well (such as buffer time, or increments).
I don't understand how this is not implemented already / isn't how the current "start time increment" feature works. Its a standard option for booking software. It really bothers me that if I have a 45 min meeting on my calendar, the rest of the options to book in my cal are on the 15 and 45 mark....
HubSpot please implement this! Our customers prefer to book at the top of the hour, so many times our teams are having to book appointments on their own calendars manually which defeats the purpose of having the self-service meeting link available.
This is needed for our sales team! Meetings with our leads need to only be on the hour or half hour. Currently, if there is an internal 15 minute stand-up meeting planned for 10:00am, it shifts the availability time a lead can book to start at 10:15am.
