I have the Hubspot Meeting link on our website (we use round robin distribution) and sometimes the same clients book 2 or 3 meetings in a row, blocking a lot of time on the AE agenda.
My proposal for meeetings feature is:
When a client puts his/her e-mail address before choosing the time, the system checks if there is an already booked meeting for the future with that contact. If there is, ask the client to confirm that meeting or cancel?
If meeting is canceled or rescheduled, the old event is rejected by default so AE knows they don't have to connect. And the agenda gets free for new prospects 🙂
