This would be a HUGE help to me, too! For example, I would love to offer prospective clients a dropdown (and checkboxes) that allows them to choose what they'd like to discuss: (1) Web design, (2) SEO, or (3) Both.
I agree - this would be a great option to add in for a number of reasons :
Cleaner reporting : we can report based on the answers of these fields with more reliability
Consistent client & staff expectations : very clear answers allow everyone to operate more efficiently.
Internal Meeting Links : can ensure that staff use the correct options in that field, which will also assist with reporting. Fool proofs the process as well in case someone has spelling errors or doesn't pay attention to detail.
