Meetings - Free up Availability for Cancelled or Rescheduled Meetings
Hello All,
Currently, if a meeting is cancelled or rescheduled, the time slot does not become available.
In other words, you cannot book a meeting in a time slot that was previously allocated.
Also, when a meeting is cancelled from within HubSpot, it does not reflect in Outlook/Gmail & still appears as an upcoming meeting in HS. Therefore the customer will think that the meeting is still 'active'...
Would be great if an update could be made to fix these issues, thank you.
Meeting cancelling is such a catch-22...... updating the outcome to "cancelled" does nothing, and the "pre-meeting reminder" email still goes out, while the calendar block is still present. Delete/cancel a meeting from Outlook, and the outcome in HubSpot either remains unchanged, or the meeting disappears entirely without a peep (the only breadcrumb being the associaton history, which will show a deleted meeting record, but with no other info). You cannot report on deleted meetings, so it skews your metrics.
Please can we implement this -- I had assumed this would work correctly (ie the way it does on calendly, which we were using before) and it does not. I would hate to have to switch everything back to calendly and manually input meetings into hubspot 😞
