Meeting scheduling for internal collegues
Making appointments is still essential in B2B. This can be done by the sales department itself, by an inside sale or by an external telemarketing company.
Unfortunately it is not possible to make an appointment for a colleague in Hubspot if he is not listed as a contact. But this is again tedious, because you don't want to have all the appointments on the timeline.
The idea is now exactly the same as with the tasks. If a user is available, it should also be possible to schedule an appointment for this user without having him/her listed in the contact list.
