Meeting date comparison & Comparison of date variables

It would be good to be able to compare the dates of meetings that are in the "Activity" category with today's date. For example, if I want to make a workflow that takes into account all the people who have :
- "Meeting start time" is after another property "Today"

This would distinguish upcoming appointments from past appointments.

 

By extension it would be nice to be able to compare all the date variables to "Today", "Tomorrow" or even "Next Monday" variables that would be calculated by Hubspot for example.

I'm not sure whether helpful at all, @SteFievet - but the Outcome field is updated automatically (from memory) from Scheduled to Completed (see https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/schedule-a-meeting-with-a-contact-in-a-record for Meeting Outcome values). So perhaps you could use as a workaround in the interim? (You can also add values to that Outcome picklist)
