Match CRM email permissions with Object permissions
Posting on behalf of a client:
Add an option within the CRM email permissions to mirror the object permissions. Meaning that users who have access to the record can see all logged emails rather than only those they sent or something from their teams.
Not having an option that mirrors the object permissions is blocking the collaboration and context piece of a CRM, as users do not have the full context in terms of email interactions between the company and the record if they can't see all emails.
Hello! This is something that we support already - you can set view, edit and delete access for emails based on all, team, or your own. Attaching a screenshot, but let me know if you had something else in mind or I misunderstood.
