When I am interacting with someone, I would like to know if they have recently received a marketing email from me (indeed, for my small company, a "marketing email", is just one that I've sent personally to a few people, so there's not a lot of difference between 1:1 and marketing). I would like there to be a notification on my 1:1 email list that shows a person has received a marketing email.
Isn't this the essence of 360 degree customer view: that I can, in one place without having to tab all over the web site, see all information pertinent to someone?
