Marketing SMS & Marketing SMS Replies In More Countires

Hello HubSpot Team,

We have been using the Marketing SMS & Marketing SMS Replies function for a few weeks now and it has been amazing. It has helped with getting user engagement moving and we also see a decent number of replies that our team follows up with.

It would be amazing to expand this offering to other countries, similar to what you did with calling (the "HubSpot Numbers Expand Globally").

This is quite specific for us, but being able to support the UK would help and I have seen others request similar things in the past (see here). This would allow us to ensure we use HubSpot for all our needs rather than having to onboard & integrate another solution as well as add another app that the CS & Marketing team have to navigate too.

Operating on an even smaller market (Sweden) makes me worried a bit on the pace of the market rollout for your SMS services.
We are currently using Zapier to integrate to our own SMS provider but it sure has it limitaitons. The strenght would be to infuse it within HubSpot where a lot of customer facing communication already exist.

Just an idea... couldn't you make your SMS service available for any sms provider via integration? You seem to have built a solid solution today powered by Twillio (in US and Canada), and maybe if you opened it up for more vendors you could actually get all your global markets to solve the roll-out for you.

With that said, Twillio offers their SMS service in 180+ countries today so might be a solid partner enough if only more market would be added?

Maybe paus the "AI stuff" on the product backlog a bit and look into "global market enablers"? 😉

Agreed; ideally HubSpot would allow Twillio integration directly to their related HS built application capabilities so that we could simply leverage Twilio directly and its current global platform.  Understand rules / regs different in each country, but to have HS manage this seems like a lot of overhead when Twilio will do this today.

Our use case would be two have local +1 613 numbers to send from within our city so that clients associate more closely with our local stores; current model only allows us to send from US numbers.
