It would be great if we can have the ability to segregate marketing emails based on ownership. By doing so, we can set individual or team permissions to only view their set of marketing emails.

I have some good news here, this is actually something that we're actively working on and should have available to the masses in the not too distant future, for Marketing Hub Enterprise customers. It's currently available for a decent portion of the Marketing Hub apps, as mentioned here: https://www.hubspot.com/products/team-permissions and we're working on bringing it to Marketing Emails too.
