The sales manager reassigns the owner of the incoming conversations to different persons, but once you click on a conversation it is marked as read (the green dot disappears). In order to have some control of the conversations, it would be helpful to have a multiple selection and be able to mark all of them as read or unread.

We heard and agreed with your feedback about the muted comment colors in the new preview cads, and I'm happy to share that we've reverted to deeper comment colors for better scannabilty. We are currently rolling out the update, so you should be seeing it soon (if not already). I appreciate your thoughtful feedback and hope this update solves some of your pains!
I’m Vijay, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox tool. Thank you for taking the time to submit and upvote this idea. At this time there are no plans to work on this Idea as we are focused on building out the core functionality for Inbox. This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time.
It is very surprising that this feature isn't included when Hubspot suggests connecting all emails to the software. It is a waste of time to open every email to mark as read. Please add this feature so we can choose multiple emails and set them as read/unread....
Mark as unread is such a fundamental feature for an inbox to have. We are paying a lot money to use Hubspot. There is enough people here which are agreeing about that. Looking for the option to mark unread ones, I ended up here. I can't believe that this completely basic function for emails is missing. Without this option, mails can also be forwarded directly to the trash. Please take care of it.
This is a really necessary function. At my company we currently have lot's of clients to talk to with the team and the visualization is terrible. It's very bad not being able to easily identify convs we already replied/ are ok vs the ones we still need to look at.
Without this feature it makes all of hubspot's features irrelevant. I dont understand how I would use a system that can't manage the read status of an email.
