We have external partners send us referrals via email - which comes into our inbox as a ticket
Unable to be through a referral form designed by us.
It would be great if we could map these incoming emails to fields in a new contact profile and automate a task.
Currenty from the incoming "ticket" we copy and paste all our fields across into a contact profile, which is time consuming, and then set a task for a team member to follow up on the contact.
