Manually set the ARR property

At the moment this property cannot be manually set and instead is pulled in from calculations based on the term length and values of the recurring line items associated to the deal. But for some service clients we'd like the ability to manually set the ARR property.

I am programmatically creating deals and inserting line items via API v3. I can calculate the ARR according to my business rules, but I cannot set the ARR from the API. The deals I created from the API do not have any ARR value in HubSpot either--presumably because I created them via API. Unless there is a way for me to set the ARR value via API or trigger the API calculations after I create the deal, there doesn't seem to be a way to use the ARR features.
