I'm excited to share that there is a public beta for the ability to enroll an object into a workflow right from the record! This will be done by adding an 'enroll in workflow' card to the right side of the record, as outlined in the steps in this product update. Yes please! I want to be able to enrol a ticket into a ticket-based workflow from the ticket I am already working in. I am going to do aowrkaround with a custom properoty to trigger a ticket-based workflow, but it's frustrating that I can;t enrol a ticket into a ticket workflow from the ticket records page. There is no automation/workflow card for ticket previews.
