Manually change quote status

Not all of our clients will sign a quote - so I would like the ability to manually change the quote status please.

Moreover (and i think more importantly 🙂 

 

Since the first invoice doesn't get created until its paid, there is no way to manually mark that invoice as paid when paid via check or wire!  So if you create a quote, with installments, you can never get the installment invoice 2 or 3 to get created...so in short, it renders the entire quote + installment process useless.
