It would be great to have the ability to attribute a contact to an ad manually. Some of our leads see our ads, then call in to place an order instead of placing it online. Our sales team tracks that the leads came via ads, but because the lead is then created manually in hubspot, they are not included in the Ad reporting. This understates our marketing generated leads. It's a big problem for us.
Excellent idea. Can be very helpful for my business since I have multi-touch attribution channels. It can be challenging to trace back the ad data automatically
This would be really helpful here. There are cases where a contact could have came from a lead source but because of the customer journey, the attribution is lost and the contact created would not be attributed as such.
It would be great if we could have this feature in HubSpot.
We would also need this in order to better understand the performance of our campaigns!
