I noticed back in November since the cookie tracking when using the forms for mass data entry made it impossible all I had to manipulate the order and add the relevant contact properties so that mass entry could work from one device. Anyways that was back on November but since that time it looks like HubSpot locked into the first three options:
1. Email
2. First name
3. Last name
I would request to be able fully to manipulate the order of these properties because it makes no sense why you should be able to.
