I would like the contacts creation properties be mandatory regardless of avenue of creation. When the email BCC adds contacts, it only adds them with their email address and does not ask for the mandatory fields.
Right now I have set up an automatic task to be due immediately to fill in the mandatory information but people just fill in the first and last name and ignore the rest, hence, making the other things mandatory in the conventional contact creation. Maybe its just my team but if it isn't marked mandatory, it doesn't get filled in. As admin, I'd like to give people as little wiggle room as possible when it comes to mandatory properties.
