It would be great if HubSpot gave the option to make various contact, deal and ticket fields mandatory for various users. For instance, making a "lifecycle stage" mandatory for our Sales Team, but not for everyone in the company. Or, making "product type" a mandatory field for contact records that meet a certain lifecycle stage. It's frustrating to try to capture all the data you need when it only applies to certain users so you don't want to make it mandatory for all users.
Exactly what we need as well. In certain countries the sales team need to collect the customer VAT number, however not in every counrty. Therefore it would be super beneficial if we could select certain teams where the field is mandatory to fill out.
